What does mindset actually look like?

Here are a few ways mindset shows up in everyday life:
When things feel hard A fixed mindset says. this is just how I am. A growth mindset says, this is just where I am right now.
When you make a mistake A fixed mindset says, I always do this. A growth mindset says, what can I learn from this.
When change feels scary A fixed mindset says, I am not ready. A growth mindset says, I do not have to be ready, I just have to begin.
That was me. Yesterday. And I began.
When you are tired A fixed mindset says, I do not have the energy for this. A growth mindset says, what is the one small thing I can do today?
Mindset is not about being positive all the time. It is about choosing, even on the hardest days to take one small step forward.
And that one step? That is where everything begins.
