Some days feel like a teeter totter. And that is perfectly okay.
Whether you are starting your day or winding it down, I want to give you the time and space to reflect. And most importantly to be kind to yourself.
Here are a few ways to embrace it today:
What worked for you today?
Something that felt easy and natural
A moment where you felt like yourself
A decision you made that felt right
Something that gave you energy rather than drained it
What is one thing worth tweaking?
Something that felt heavy or forced
A habit or pattern that showed up again
A moment where you said yes when you meant no
Something you would do differently if you had another chance
Sit with these. No right answers. Just you and the reflection.
And that awareness? That is your growth.
