My journey into health and wellness began with a deep desire to positively impact lives. I was driven to create effective, functional fitness programs, with a particular passion for supporting the mature population and those recovering from physical setbacks. Throughout my career, I became known among my colleagues as 'the gentle coach,' someone who readily embraced those requiring extra attention.

 

Carol's dedication to making good health accessible led her to a key insight: fitness is as much about mindset as it is about the body. Drawing parallels between physical strength and mental toughness in overcoming life's hurdles, she chose to become a life coach.
