We live in a world full of quick fixes and goals that work great for some people, just not necessarily for you. And can I tell you something? Letting go of that pressure is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.
The one size fits all approach has never sat well with me. Not because I am judging anyone's choices, after 35 years as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor I have seen it all and I respect every journey. What I noticed over those years was simply this, when is enough, enough?
I am not asking you to give up anything you love. I am asking something much simpler.
Why are you doing it?
That question changed everything for me too.
It was the moment I knew I needed to go deeper, not just as a trainer, but as someone who could truly sit with people and help them find their own answers. That is when my journey as a Life & Wellness Coach began. I knew I needed to develop my skills, and I have never looked back.
Because when the answer comes from you, not from a trend, not from someone else's timeline, not from pressure, that is when the shift happens.
