A Mindset-First Approach for Your Group.
True well-being goes deeper than a goal or a plan. In my on-site sessions we move beyond the noise of short-term thinking to get to what actually creates lasting change, one honest decision at a time.
Whether it's a local library, a community organization, or a workplace group, I deliver active sessions designed to cut through the confusion of the quick fix industry and reveal what's possible when people move with intention — because that's when the rest follows naturally.
Find Your Starting Point:
What to Expect: With over 35 years of lived experience in health and wellness, I don't just talk about the Third Act, I'm living it. I launched this business in 2021, at 68, later than most people expect, and exactly on time for me. That same intentionality is exactly what I bring to every stage and every room.
Through a 60-minute presentation built on real stories and honest, lived experience, your group will discover what happens when they let go of the noise, the old expectations, and the pressure to have it all figured out. What's left is what actually matters: their own starting point, and the ripple effect it can create through every part of their life.
The Takeaway: Whether your group is carrying stress, feeling stuck, or simply ready for something to shift, they'll walk away curious about what's next instead of unsure by it. I bring the energy, the depth, and the honesty every participant needs to leave with direction, their own path, and the readiness to take their first intentional step.
Bringing this to your group? This workshop is designed to meet your people exactly where they are — no pressure, no performance, just an honest experience they'll talk about long after they leave the room. Built for women 50+, it's one more way I'm empowering women to step fully into their own Third Act.
What to Expect: I'm inviting your group to settle in, exhale, and spend 75 minutes exploring what's next — right now, exactly where they are. Most workshops center on mindset; some lean into wellness as well — but every one stays grounded in the same honest, unhurried approach.
What sets this apart is that it's mindset-first: real change doesn't come from another set of instructions to follow — it comes from reconnecting each woman to her own voice. Drawing on my own history of bouncing back, bumps included, I help every woman in the room leave with more than a good feeling — she leaves with the kind of steadiness that carries her into whatever comes next.
There's no need to have it all figured out — just an honest, grounded conversation, done together, about their starting point and what it means to do this their way. Throughout the session, your group works from a simple, two-sided handout built around that day's theme — enough to spark real thinking in the room, and something to take home and return to long after the workshop ends.
The Takeaway: The takeaway is simple — real connection with everyday women just like them, honest conversation that clears the noise, and one small intentional step they can actually start tomorrow.
What to Expect: I'll guide your group through 60 minutes of grounded movement, meeting them exactly where they are. No special gear, no experience needed — just a willingness to move at your own pace.
About the Sessions: Each session weaves together Tai Chi-inspired balance work and intentional stretching, guided by the natural connection between breath and movement. I welcome everybody and every level, building physical strength, restoring calm, and supporting your group's well-being — one intentional step at a time.
Equipment: All necessary equipment provided, along with handouts for participants.
Space Needs: Minimal; I can adapt to meeting rooms, community halls, or outdoor spaces.

Why bring me to your business or community?
I meet people exactly where they are, whether you're hiring me to speak, lead a workshop, or guide your group through real, lasting change. Every offering can be shaped around what your group needs most.
How do I know which offering is right for me?
It depends on where you're starting from. If you want a taste of inspiration, my speaking engagements offer a spark in 60 minutes. If you're craving space to slow down and explore, the Your Starting Point, Your Path, Your Way Workshop gives you 75 minutes with no pressure or outside commitments.
Not sure? Reach out and we'll figure out your starting point together.
What if someone can't attend live?
To protect the privacy of participants and maintain an open, honest space, sessions are not recorded. If handouts are provided, the person or organization hiring me is welcome to share them with anyone who wasn't able to attend.
What should I bring to the sessions?
Just yourself, a notebook, and an open mind. For the Workshop, instead of worksheets, you'll leave with a personal companion — something to reflect on, return to, and make your own. For Movement Workshops, come as you are, starting right where you're at.
Can events be held live or virtual?
Yes. I offer both in-person and virtual options, so your group or community can connect in whatever way works best for you.
Can a workshop be customized for my group?
Absolutely. While each workshop carries my core message — Your Starting Point, Your Path, Your Way — I can tailor the focus, stories, and activities to reflect what matters most to your group. Reach out and let's talk through what would work best for you.
