Accessibility: I lead participants through Tai Chi-inspired balance work or mindful stretching. These sessions are inclusive of all fitness levels, focusing on the connection between breath and movement to support both physical strength and mental calm.
Equipment: All necessary equipment and materials provided.
Space Needs: Minimal; I can adapt to boardrooms, community halls, or outdoor spaces.

What if I can’t attend a session live?
To protect the privacy of our participants and maintain a safe space for open discussion, sessions are not recorded. For the Space to Grow Series, if you miss a week, you will still receive the Weekly Agenda and Action Steps so you can stay aligned with the group’s progress.
How much time should I set aside each week?
For the Space to Grow Series, plan for our 60-minute live session plus about 15–20 minutes throughout the week for your personal Action Steps. For Mindset Breakouts and Movement Workshops, sessions typically run 60–90 minutes with no outside homework required.
What should I bring to the sessions?
Just yourself, a notebook, and an open mind. For Movement Workshops, there is no need for workout gear—come as you are. For workshops using the SMART goal framework, bringing your notes from the previous week is always helpful.
What if a session or workshop is full?
