What to Expect: A 60-minute session focused on functional longevity. These are "come as you are" classes with no special workout gear or gym floor required.


Accessibility: I lead participants through Tai Chi-inspired balance work or mindful stretching. These sessions are inclusive of all fitness levels, focusing on the connection between breath and movement to support both physical strength and mental calm.
