Workshop & Event Refund and Cancellation Policy
I understand that plans can change. All requests for cancellation or transfer must be submitted via email to carolb@wellnessmattersbycarol.com.
More than 7 days notice: You may receive a full credit toward a future workshop or event, or a full refund minus a $15 administrative fee to cover processing costs.
Less than 7 days notice: No refunds will be issued. However, a 50% credit may be applied toward a future class or workshop booking.
No-Shows: No refund or credit will be issued for failure to attend without prior notice.
(Note: You’re always welcome to transfer your registration to another person at no extra cost — just let me know their name.)
Inclement Weather:
In the event of inclement weather, Wellness Matters or the offsite venue may be forced to cancel an in-person session for safety. If this occurs, all registered participants will be notified immediately via email and/or text. You’ll receive a full credit to use toward a rescheduled workshop, event, or any other virtual or in-person offering. Refunds aren’t issued for weather-related cancellations, as a substitute service is always provided.
