Think about a great play. The third act isn't where the story winds down — it's where everything finally pays off. It's the part the audience leans forward for, because they know this is where it gets good. You've spent decades in Act One and Two — building a career, a home, a relationship, a life that's carried you through more than a few unexpected turns. Now you're here, at the opening of your own Third Act. Not because something is wrong. Because this is exactly where the story was always headed. This is your time to lean in — with the strength you've already proven you have, and the wisdom you didn't have the first time around.

My Third Act

My own Third Act didn't start with a six-year plan. It started at 68, when I launched this business, later than most people expect, and exactly on time for me.

But if I'm honest, the real foundation was laid years earlier, in my mid-fifties, back when I didn't even realize I was building anything at all. I was just doing the next right thing. Looking back now, I can see it clearly, that was already the setup for everything that came next.

There have been plenty of bumps along the way. I won't pretend otherwise. But I've learned I bounce back well — and maybe that's the real skill of this stage of life: not avoiding the falls, but knowing how to stand back up, every time.

Now I'm building on every one of those strengths, taking on a new challenge, and making a shift toward exactly where I know I belong. It doesn't feel entirely certain — if anything, I feel pulled in a direction I can't fully see the shape of yet. But I know this much: this is where I'm leaning into my own Third Act.

And today, that journey takes on a new name. I'm stepping forward as a Third Act Transition Coach — not because the work has changed, but because I finally have the right words for it. Empowering women to find their own way into this chapter isn't just what I do. It's what I'm here for.
