Pause before you say yes — take a breath before adding one more thing to an already full calendar. Your time is valuable and so is your rest.

Keep your body happy — stay hydrated, visit your local fruit stand and load up on fresh fruits and healthy greens. Your body will thank you.

Grab your sneakers and a friend — a 30 minute walk a couple of times a week does wonders for your body, your mind and your spirit. Even better with good company. 🌿

Find some you time — even in the busiest season give yourself permission to pause, breathe and just be. Even 10 quiet minutes counts.

Your one small intentional step this Friday, look at your calendar and find one moment this weekend that belongs just to you. Protect it.
