Our own strengths/talents

Greetings,
I'm reminded of my why for this coaching journey. I know that each person has their own talents — sometimes they just can't see them in themselves yet. That's why I create a safe, judgment-free space — in my posts, my workshops, and my one-on-one coaching — where people can be heard, seen, and reminded of the talents already within them.
Do we trust who we are? Not always.
Notice when you change your mind about yourself based on someone else's reaction
Ask: whose voice am I listening to right now — mine, or someone else's?
Try making one small decision today based only on what feels right to you
Do we trust our own strengths/talents? We tend to downplay what comes naturally to us, because it feels too easy to count as a real strength.
Write down something that comes easily to you, then ask yourself why you've been dismissing it
Notice the moments you say "it's not a big deal" about something you did well
Ask someone close to you what they think you're naturally good at — their answer might surprise you
Can you identify them? Some of us can name them right away.
Think about what people always come to you for
Notice what you do without even trying — that's usually a strength hiding in plain sight
Look back at compliments you've brushed off; there's often a pattern in them
Do we know how important they are? Not until we watch them in action. I didn't understand my talents until I saw them at work in my own life.
Think of a time one of your strengths carried you through something hard
Imagine your week without that strength — what would be missing?
Watch yourself this week and notice when a strength shows up naturally, without you trying
So this week, I'm asking you to do the same: sit with these questions, watch yourself, and notice where your talents are already showing up.
Move. Thrive. Live Well.
