What if I can’t make it to the live workshop sessions?

To protect the privacy of our participants and create a safe space for open discussion, sessions are not recorded. If you miss a session, you will still receive the Weekly Agenda and Action Steps so you can stay caught up on the material.

How much time will I need to commit each week?

Expect to spend about 60–90 minutes for our weekly live workshop, plus another 15–20 minutes throughout the week for your Action Steps.

If I’m looking to change my eating and exercise lifestyle, is this for me?

Yes. This is a Whole-Body Strategy. We focus on the mindset shifts behind your habits to help you build a lifestyle that lasts, rather than following a rigid, temporary plan. By week three, we’ll begin incorporating gentle yoga, stretching, and sustainable ideas for improving your eating habits to strengthen your mind-body connection.
